Ingredients:

  • Maida 250 gm
  • Ghee 200 gm
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • Milk approx 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Sugar grinded 250 gm
  • Eggs 4
  • Salt 1 spoon

Method: 

Take a bowl
Break the eggs in the bowl
Add baking powder
Add salt
Add sugar
Add ghee
Mix it well
Add maida and mix well
As the mixture is too thick, milk is added also it taste well with milk
Mix it well
Pour the batter in another vessel
Take Cooker on the stove
Add salt sufficient to cover the entire base of cooker
Take the vessel with Cake mixture batter
Keep it on the salt in the cooker
Cover the vessel with a plate
Without the whistle, close the lid and cook on little lesser then full flame for 10 min
Cook further for 45 min on little lesser then medium flame/
Open and check the cake using knife to see if it is cooked, if the knife is clean its cooked.
Tasty cake is ready.

Cabbage Sabzi Simple and Quick Method

Easy and Simple Method to Cook Sabzi

 

Ingredients:

    1. Cabbage 1/2 kg Peeled, cleaned and chopped
    2. Red chilly powder 1 tablespoon
    3. Onion chopped 1-2
    4. Tomato chopped 2
    5. Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
    6. Salt as per taste

    Method :

    • Heat a pan
    • On full flame
    • Add 2 tablespoon Oil
    • Add onion
    • Stir fried until golden brown
    • Add tomato
    • Cook until tomato is dissolved
    • On slow flame add red chilly powder
    • Stir for little
    • Add cabbage
    • On medium flame
    • Add turmeric powder
    • Add salt
    • No water is used.
    • Stir and Mix completely
    • Increase the flame a little
    • Close lid and cook for 1 min
    • Open and stir mix it
    • On very slow flame
    • Close lid and cook for 2 min
    • Crispy sabzi is ready to serve. 
    • Tasty and Healthy Cabbage Sabzi is Ready. 
    • Serve Hot with roti, chapati and rice.

      Moong Ke Ladoo

      Healthy and Delicious Moong ke Ladoo Recipe

       
      Healthy laddoo

      Ingredients:

      1. Boiled rice 1/4 kg
      2. Moong 1/4 kg
      3. Jaggery 1/2 kg
      4. Coconut 1 and 1/2
      5. Cardamom powder + fennel seeds powder 1 teaspoon
      6. Salt pinch
      7. Ghee 2 tablespoon
      8. Almonds chopped 50 gm

      Method :

      • Rub boiled rice with a cloth to remove dust if any
      • Roast boiled rice initial 2 min on full flame
      • On medium flame stir roast for another 5 min until the rice opens
      • Keep the rice aside
      • Rub the moong with a cloth to remove dust (as both cannot be washed as it needs to be roasted)
      • Roast for 1 min on full flame
      • On medium flame, roast it until its colour changes
      • Mix both the roasted rice and moong in one bowl
      • Grind it to a very thin powder in a mill
      • After it is grinded the powder is strained using a strainer
      • Jaggery is cut into pieces
      • All the ingredients are ready
      • Take a pan on stove
      • Add ghee
      • Add chopped almonds
      • Stir roast for 1 min
      • Keep it aside
      • Take the pan on stove
      • Add 1 cup or 2 cup
      • Add jaggery to dissolve it
      • Take a vessel on stove on full flame
      • Add grated coconut
      • Add fennel and cardamom powder
      • Add a pinch salt
      • Add dissolved Jaggery
      • Mix it well
      • Cook it for 2 min until it boils
      • Check the density of the cooked mixture
      • Add remaining ghee
      • Take it off stove after it is done
      • Add the grinded flour in the vessel
      • Mix it fast when it is hot
      • Crush the mixture as shown to mix everything
      • Mixture is ready to make laddoo.
      • Make laddoos of the mixture.
      • Use chopped almonds as shown.
      • Stays good for 15 days. (If less water is used , it stays good for a month or two) 
      • Healthy and Tasty Sattu Ladoo is Ready.
