Cabbage Sabzi Simple and Quick Method

Easy and Simple Method to Cook Sabzi

 

Ingredients:

    1. Cabbage 1/2 kg Peeled, cleaned and chopped
    2. Red chilly powder 1 tablespoon
    3. Onion chopped 1-2
    4. Tomato chopped 2
    5. Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
    6. Salt as per taste

    Method :

    • Heat a pan
    • On full flame
    • Add 2 tablespoon Oil
    • Add onion
    • Stir fried until golden brown
    • Add tomato
    • Cook until tomato is dissolved
    • On slow flame add red chilly powder
    • Stir for little
    • Add cabbage
    • On medium flame
    • Add turmeric powder
    • Add salt
    • No water is used.
    • Stir and Mix completely
    • Increase the flame a little
    • Close lid and cook for 1 min
    • Open and stir mix it
    • On very slow flame
    • Close lid and cook for 2 min
    • Crispy sabzi is ready to serve. 
    • Tasty and Healthy Cabbage Sabzi is Ready. 
    • Serve Hot with roti, chapati and rice.
